Plans, credits and storage

Every plan includes the visual editor, the code workspace, themes, connectors and the browser preview. The paid plans add Sanic AI, every template and phone previews.

All prices in US dollars, billed monthly, before applicable taxes. Cancel any time. Pricing shows the current offer.

On Business, Sanic AI can work on up to 3 requests at the same time, each in its own project.

Paid plans include credits for Sanic AI every month. One credit covers US$0.01 of model usage, metered on what the model reads and writes, at the rate of the model you choose. Small edits cost less than big builds, and a lighter model costs less than a heavier one: see Choose a model and an effort.

• Monthly credits are used first. Any left at the end of a billing period expire rather than roll over.
• Top-up credits never expire. They are used after your monthly credits.
• While a request runs, credits are held for the work in progress. Any it doesn't use go back to your balance.
• The visual editor, code you write yourself and phone previews use no credits.

Your balance sits at the top of the Sanic AI panel. Open it to see Monthly credits and Top-up credits, or choose Manage credits to open Plan & billing in a new tab. Usage in the dashboard shows what you used, by day and by project.

On any paid plan, buy more credits under Extra AI credits in Plan & billing. Each pack is a one-off purchase; there are no automatic top-ups.

Sanic AI needs available credits to start work. When your balance reaches zero, the balance in the Sanic AI panel says no credits remain, and Sanic AI tells you that you need more AI credits to continue. From there you have three choices.

• Buy a top-up in Plan & billing.
• Upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance. The upgrade adds the difference for the rest of your billing period.
• Wait for your renewal, which brings the next monthly allowance.

Meanwhile you can keep building by hand: the visual editor, Code and the preview never use credits. If your billing needs attention, Sanic AI and credit purchases pause, and Plan & billing shows what to review.

Manage your plan in Plan & billing, from the dashboard's sidebar or the profile menu at the top right. Plans for your account lists every plan with what it includes.

1. On Free, choose a plan's button, such as Choose Pro, and pay on the payment provider's own checkout page. Your card details never reach Appsanic.
2. On a paid plan, choose Review on the plan you want, such as Review Premium. The review shows what is due now, any extra monthly credits and when the change takes effect.
3. Confirm with Confirm upgrade, or with Confirm downgrade at renewal for a smaller plan.

Upgrade

Starts as soon as it is paid, with a prorated charge and extra credits for the rest of your billing period. Your renewal date stays the same.

Downgrade

Starts at your next renewal, with no charge today. Until then you keep your current plan and its monthly credits, and Scheduled plan change shows the date.

Cancel

Choose Subscription and invoices to cancel or resume your subscription and see your invoices. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

When a paid plan ends, its monthly credits expire and Sanic AI is unavailable until you choose a paid plan again; top-up credits stay on your account. Moving to a smaller plan or to Free deletes nothing: your projects, archives and files stay, and you can keep editing them. New projects, restores and uploads have to fit the new plan's limits.

Asset storage

Asset storage holds the images you upload to Assets, your account's library; media links use none of it. Storage comes with your plan and is not sold separately. If a smaller plan leaves you over the allowance, your files stay: you can still browse, reuse, download, rename, organise and remove them, but a new upload has to fit.

Phone preview time

Phone preview time is a monthly allowance of its own and uses no credits. One phone session runs at a time, for up to 60 minutes, and a session ends after 15 minutes without activity. Once the month's minutes are used, a new phone preview waits for next month unless you upgrade. Preview and test on a phone shows how to start one.

Your plan covers building in Appsanic. Running a published app can involve hosting, database and other provider fees, including any AI your app uses while it runs. App store memberships and native build services are separate as well. Sanic AI credits are for building your app in Appsanic, not for running it.
